Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Smart Pedicure NZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit www.pedicure.nz.

Information we collect

This website does not have a booking form or contact form, so we don’t collect your name, phone number or email through the site itself. When you visit, standard website analytics may record general information such as your approximate location, device type and how you use the site, to help us understand and improve it.

Booking your appointment

All appointments are booked through Fresha, a third-party booking platform, not through this website. Any personal information you provide when booking (such as your name, phone number and email) is collected and held by Fresha, under their own privacy policy, not by Smart Pedicure NZ directly.

Google Maps and Reviews

This site displays a Google Maps location and a feed of Google Reviews. These are provided directly by Google, which may collect information about your visit in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Overseas storage

Some of the services we use, including Fresha, Google Maps, Google Reviews and website analytics, store information on servers located outside New Zealand. By using this site or booking through Fresha, you agree that your information may be processed overseas.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell, rent or share any information with third parties other than the services named above.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you and to request a correction. Since this website doesn’t collect your personal details directly, any request about your Fresha booking information should go to Fresha. For any other question, contact us at smartnailsnz@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site may use cookies set by Google (Maps, Reviews, Analytics) to make these features work and to understand site usage.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
