What to expect afterwards.

Most people notice smoother, softer heels straight after the first visit. Deep, long-standing cracks usually take a few visits to settle, so we’ll be honest with you about what’s realistic. To keep hard skin under control, many clients come back every 4–6 weeks.

Looking after your heels at home.

A few simple habits make a big difference.

Moisturise every dayIdeally after a shower. A foot cream containing urea is a good choice for dry, hard skin.

Wear socks at nightPut them on after moisturising to help the cream soak in.

Go gentlyAvoid cutting hard skin yourself or using harsh scrapers; they can leave the skin rougher.

Choose closed-back shoesWhen you can. Backless sandals and jandals tend to dry out heels faster.

To be boring - yes, this is the best pedicure I have had in 50 years! So professional and clean. I could almost say, old fashioned perfection. She was so thorough, and I needed it ! Wow wow wow! Dilyara's service from the start was different, but in a good way! The pedicure was like a hygenist clean but for your feet with a top tier spa experience like no other. She was precise and efficient. I will certainly be back to ensure my feet remain baby smooth.

Does it hurt?No. The hardware method is gentle, and most clients find it relaxing. Tell Di if anything feels uncomfortable and she’ll adjust.

How many visits will I need?Many people are happy after one visit. Deep or long-standing cracks often need a few visits a few weeks apart.

Is this for men too?Yes. We see plenty of men with hard skin and cracked heels. See Men’s Foot Care.

Do I need to prepare?No need to soak or file your feet beforehand. Just come as you are.
